Sky Sports spent the day with our Year 7 pupils recently and they had an amazing day learning new skills such as team-building and being your ‘best self’. International track athlete Lesley Owusu helped the boys develop the skills that we believe are needed not only for the future but also as the boys develop their leadership skills here at KHS. Boys need to understand teamwork and that in all sorts of situations different skill sets meet different demands. Our boys develop their leadership skills and help the younger pupils – this is just the first step on our journey. We create all sorts of opportunities for our pupils to enhance their abilities such as Junior Duke of Edinburgh Awards, leadership training, take your son to work, community work, running activities for younger children and the School Council.
